Your speech or voice to text convert is the process of converting spoken words into readable texts. In this process contains special software and tools used for speech recognition and convert into meaningful readable words.
How it works
All speech to text converting system based on two models.
- An acoustic model: This model describing the probabilistic behaviour of the encoding of the lingustic information in a speech signal.
- Language model: This language model captures the regularities in the spoken language and is used by the speech recognizer to estimate the probability of word sequences.
Basically speech to text converting system can be categorized based in its use:
command and control,
dialog system, text direction, audio document transcription etc.
